A blue and light gray robot based on the G1 Decepticon Scourge. It features a head-swapping gimmick where the robot head transforms into a smaller pilot figure (Fracas). The figure transforms from a robotic humanoid to a Cybertronian 'space boat' hovercraft. It includes a double-barreled laser blaster accessory that fits in the hands or mounts on the vehicle.
