Rarity & Significance
Common. This figure was part of the 1993 'Battle Corps' era of G.I. Joe, which is known for its bright, non-traditional colors. While Roadblock is a fan-favorite character, this specific neon version is generally less sought after than the 1984 v1 or 1986 v2 versions.
Special Features
Includes a hole in the back for a backpack and peg holes in the feet for display stands. Features the '1992 Hasbro' copyright stamp on the back of the vest.
Notable Variations
There are minor paint application differences across production runs, particularly in the shade of orange plastic used, but no major rare variations are widely recognized for this specific mold.
