Rarity & Significance
Moderate. While Zandar is a core member of the Dreadnoks, he is generally less sought after than Zartan or Zarana. He is culturally significant as part of the mid-80s peak of the G.I. Joe line.
Special Features
Heat-sensitive 'Zartan' skin (turns blue in cold), originally included a black spear/harpoon gun and a green backpack for holding three individual arrows.
Notable Variations
A 'swivel-arm' construction is standard for this year. Slight variations in the shade of the green paint on the shirt and the sensitivity of the color-change plastic exist between batches.
